A friend of mine is experiencing painful rejection from someone she loved. She is dealing with anger, deception, and the loss of a relationship. The whole situation was unfair and unjust. While her feelings were real, the other person was just playing a game with her. I can relate to what she is experiencing, having been taken advantage of when my heart was vulnerable several times myself. Forgiving folks for hurting us isn't easy.
